Als pedagogisch medewerker ben jij samen met je team verantwoordelijk voor de verzorging en ontwikkeling van de kinderen op jouw locatie. Je bent een vertrouwd gezicht voor de kinderen en bouwt een band met hen en hun ouders op. Je maakt een blijvende indruk en bent belangrijk onderdeel van hun ontwikkeling.
