Heb jij plezier in het werken met kinderen en wil je graag aan de slag op een BSO in Rotterdam? Ook als je nog geen ervaring hebt in de kinderopvang, komen we graag met je in contact.

Misschien heb je al gewerkt in het onderwijs, de kinderopvang of met kinderen. Maar werkervaring in de kinderopvang is niet noodzakelijk. We kijken vooral naar jouw opleiding, motivatie en talenten.

Heb je in Nederland of in het buitenland een pedagogische, onderwijskundige of sociaal-maatschappelijke opleiding gevolgd? Dan kan jouw diploma mogelijk geschikt zijn om op een BSO te werken. Ook andere opleidingen kunnen mogelijkheden bieden, bijvoorbeeld bepaalde lerarenopleidingen zoals Duits, Biologie of Maatschappijleer.

Heb je een buitenlands diploma en weet je niet of dit in Nederland geschikt is voor werken in de kinderopvang? Geen probleem. Stichting Nieuwe Perspectieven kan je helpen bij het beoordelen en waar nodig laten waarderen van je diploma via IDW en/of DUO. Samen kijken we wat nodig is om aan de slag te kunnen.

Voor het werken op de BSO is minimaal taalniveau B1 (2F) nodig. Daarnaast vragen we dat je minimaal 16 tot 20 uur per week beschikbaar bent.

Via Stichting Nieuwe Perspectieven word je begeleid richting een passende werkplek bij onze kinderopvangpartner in Rotterdam. Bij een succesvolle match kom je rechtstreeks in dienst bij de kinderopvangorganisatie en ontvang je salaris volgens de cao Kinderopvang.

Wil jij graag werken met kinderen en bijdragen aan hun ontwikkeling? Misschien heb je in het onderwijs, pedagogiek of sociaal-maatschappelijk werk gewerkt of hiervoor een opleiding gevolgd. Dan kan een baan op de BSO een mooie volgende stap voor jou zijn.

Stichting Nieuwe Perspectieven richt zich met deze vacature speciaal op mensen met een migratieachtergrond die hun talenten en ervaring willen inzetten in de kinderopvang. Voor onze kinderopvangpartner in Rotterdam zoeken we enthousiaste pedagogisch medewerkers voor de BSO. Je komt direct in dienst bij de kinderopvangorganisatie.

Ervaring in de Nederlandse kinderopvang is niet nodig. Heb je een buitenlands diploma en weet je niet of dit geschikt is? Wij kijken met je mee en helpen je waar nodig met de diplomawaardering via IDW en/of DUO.
