Je werkt op verschillende kinderdagverblijven en draagt bij aan een fijne, veilige en stimulerende omgeving voor kinderen van 0 tot 12 jaar. Afwisseling, plezier en ontwikkeling staan centraal. Wat ga je doen? Je ondersteunt op verschillende locaties en groepen in de kinderopvang. Je zorgt voor een veilige en warme omgeving waar kinderen zich op hun eigen tempo kunnen ontwikkelen. Afhankelijk van de groep bied je verzorging, aandacht en passende activiteiten aan, zoals spelletjes, creatieve activiteiten en taal- of bewegingsmomenten. Je observeert de kinderen en speelt in op hun behoeften, zodat ieder kind zich gehoord en gezien voelt. Profiel Je bent een betrokken en sociale professional die kinderen op hun gemak kan stellen en stimuleert in hun ontwikkeling. Je bent flexibel en past je gemakkelijk aan bij wisselende groepen en verschillende leeftijden. Je biedt structuur en veiligheid, werkt prettig samen met collega's en vindt het belangrijk dat ieder kind persoonlijke aandacht krijgt.
