Bij Bender maken we het mogelijk voor jou, je gaat namelijk aan de slag bij verschillende organisaties en teams. Dit alles met ondersteuning van je persoonlijke manager! We zijn op zoek naar pedagogisch medewerkers in heel Zuid-Holland, o.a. in omgeving Leiden, Rotterdam, Den Haag, Gouda en Zoetermeer. Bender voor jou Voordat we je enthousiast ga maken over de functie vertellen we je eerst meer over onze arbeidsvoorwaarden. Jij krijgt van ons: - Een vast contract van minimaal 24 tot 32 uur. - Salaris volgens de CAO Kinderopvang in schaal 6, afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaring. - Een leaseauto met tankpas voor zakelijk en privégebruik. - Vakantietoeslag van 8,33% en een eindejaarsuitkering volgens de cao-kinderopvang - Mooie en uitdagende opdrachten bij de leukste (lokale en landelijke) kinderopvangorganisaties in Nederland. - Leuke regio-uitjes, Bender-feesten en borrels. - Een vast aanspreekpunt met begeleiding passend bij jouw behoefte en ervaring. Wat ga je doen? Als pedagogisch medewerker ben jij de steunpilaar die de juiste balans weet te vinden en de dreumesen herinnert aan de spelregels. Je leert de dreumesen dat ze zichzelf mogen zijn, maar ook rekening moeten houden met anderen. Elke dag zie je hen groeien en wijzer worden in hun spel- een prachtig schouwspel waar jij deel van uitmaakt. Je deelt met ons een passie voor de begeleiding en ontwikkeling van dreumesen tot peuters. Dit is waar jouw hart ligt. Het plezier, het uiten van overtollige energie, het oefenen van vaardigheden - jij herkent de signalen van de dreumesen en pakt deze moeiteloos op. Als pedagogisch medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor hun dagelijkse verzorging en begeleiding. Jouw liefde voor kinderen en jouw passie voor het vak maken elke dag de moeite waard.
