Jij biedt rust, nabijheid en liefdevolle aandacht, zodat zij zich veilig voelen om de wereld stap voor stap te ontdekken. Met jouw kennis en zorg ondersteun je hun ontwikkeling op een tempo dat bij hen past. Iedere baby is uniek, en juist daarom ben jij zo belangrijk: jij stemt je elke dag af op hun behoeften, signalen en ritme. Zo geef je hen de beste basis om zich op hun eigen manier te ontwikkelen. In gesprek met Lisette Winters, locatiemanager bij Kinderdagverblijf Hillegonda's Tuin Waarom is het leuk werken bij Hillegonda's tuin? Je werkt in een warme, huiselijke en ruim opgezette omgeving in het hart van Hillegersberg-Schiebroek, waar baby's zich veilig en geborgen voelen. Op de babygroep staat rust, ritme en persoonlijke aandacht centraal, zodat ieder kind zich in zijn eigen tempo kan ontwikkelen. Binnen is er volop ruimte om te ontdekken, van knusse speelhoeken tot een lange gang waar ook de allerkleinsten voorzichtig kunnen bewegen en oefenen. Buiten genieten baby's van een fijne, afgeschermde tuin waar ze veilig kunnen spelen en de wereld om zich heen ontdekken. Wat zoeken jullie in een nieuwe collega? We zoeken een betrokken en liefdevolle pedagogisch medewerker voor onze babygroep. Je werkt 34 uur per week verdeeld over maandag, woensdag, donderdag en vrijdag met werktijden tussen 07:30 en 18:30 uur. Je hebt oog voor de individuele behoeften van baby's en weet goed in te spelen op hun signalen en ritme.
