Op ons kinderdagverblijf zorg jij voor een veilige, vertrouwde en stimulerende omgeving waarin baby's optimaal kunnen ontwikkelen. Met jouw aandacht, warmte en begeleiding geef je hen de ruimte om te ontdekken en te groeien. Geen dag is hetzelfde, want ieder kind heeft zijn eigen behoeften en ontwikkelt zich in zijn eigen tempo. Jij kijkt daarom per kind wat er nodig is en speelt hier actief op in. Zo help je het beste uit zichzelf te halen. In gesprek met Marnix Kappetein, locatiemanager bij Kinderdagverblijf IKC De Saffier Waarom is het leuk werken bij deze locatie? Je werkt op een frisse, kleinschalige locatie met drie KDV groepen, waar een warme en huiselijke sfeer centraal staat. Er is veel aandacht voor de ontwikkeling van kinderen en volop ruimte om samen op ontdekking te gaan. Binnen kunnen kinderen spelen in uitdagende speelhoeken en buiten genieten ze van de natuurlijke omgeving. We werken met thema's, activiteiten en materialen die aansluiten bij de belevingswereld van de kinderen. Daarnaast organiseren we regelmatig bijzondere activiteiten, zoals uitstapjes in de buurt en samenwerkingen met bijvoorbeeld de bibliotheek of een verzorgingstehuis. Zo laten we kinderen op een speelse manier kennismaken met de wereld om hen heen. Wat zoeken jullie in een nieuwe collega? Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste pedagogisch medewerker voor onze babygroep voor 34 uur per week, 4 dagen per week in overleg. Jij bent een pedagogisch professional die met enthousiasme en zorg onze baby's begeleidt.
