Op kinderdagverblijf De Vlinder draait alles om een veilige, vertrouwde en stimulerende omgeving voor jonge kinderen. Jij biedt warmte, aandacht en ruimte om spelenderwijs te ontdekken. We werken met de methode Uk & Puk en ieder maandthema vormt de basis voor leuke en leerzame activiteiten. Denk aan een bezoek aan de bibliotheek, samen bewegen, knutselen of zingen. Ook is er volop ruimte voor spontane activiteiten, zoals Modderdag, spelen met scheerschuim of een vlinderproject. Dankzij jouw begeleiding ontwikkelen kinderen zich in hun eigen tempo. Met observatiesysteem KIJK! volgen we hun ontwikkeling en stemmen we samen met ouders af wat ieder kind nodig heeft. Geen dag en geen kind is hetzelfde! In gesprek met Siham Zaim, locatiemanager bij Kinderdagverblijf De Vlinder Waarom is het leuk werken bij De Vlinder? De Vlinder is een stabiele en hechte locatie met een ervaren team. De sfeer is sociaal en huiselijk. Je werkt in een zorgcentrum, waardoor jong en oud elkaar regelmatig ontmoeten. Samen met bewoners zingen, knutselen of bewegen we en we kunnen met de kinderen op theevisite in de gezamenlijke huiskamer. De locatie heeft een ruime speelhal, twee buitenspeelterreinen en lichte, sfeervol ingerichte groepen. Daarnaast organiseren we regelmatig extra ervaringen, zoals een muziek- of yogadocent, een bezoek aan de speeltuin of activiteiten met de bibliotheek. Zo is er iedere dag iets nieuws te beleven!
