Je gaat aan de slag bij een kinderopvangorganisatie waar warmte, geborgenheid en ontwikkeling centraal staan. De locaties zijn licht, uitnodigend en kindvriendelijk ingericht, zodat kinderen én medewerkers zich er prettig voelen. Samen met een betrokken team werk je aan een sterke start voor elk kind. Wat ga je doen? Als pedagogisch medewerker ben jij elke dag een vertrouwd gezicht voor de kinderen én hun ouders. Jij zorgt voor een omgeving waarin spelen en leren hand in hand gaan. Van knutselen en buiten spelen tot voorlezen en het bieden van een luisterend oor. Jij weet kinderen te stimuleren en te begeleiden op een liefdevolle manier. Samen met je collega's zorg je voor structuur, veiligheid en gezelligheid en denk je mee over nieuwe ideeën en activiteiten. Wat verwachten we van jou? - Een diploma dat voldoet aan de kwalificatie-eis Kinderopvang; - Bereidheid om ontbrekende certificaten (VVE, Kinder-EHBO en taalniveau 3F) kosteloos via ons te behalen; - Enthousiasme, zorgzaamheid en oog voor ieder kind; - Goede samenwerking met collega's en ouders; - Geduld, professionaliteit en een creatieve, oplossingsgerichte houding.
