Stichting Apna Kinderopvang is een professionele kinderopvangorganisatie gevestigd in Den Haag. Liefdevolle zorg en de juiste begeleiding voor elk kind staan bij ons centraal. Begrippen als tolerantie, zorg, respect en kennis staan bij Apna hoog in het vaandel en vormen een vast onderdeel van ons pedagogisch beleid. Zo leggen wij samen een stevige basis voor de toekomstmogelijkheden van elk kind in de maatschappij.

Wat ga je doen als Pedagogisch medewerker?

Als Pedagogisch medewerker kinderopvang begeleid en verzorg je groepen kinderen van nul tot twaalf jaar. Je begeleidt kinderen in hun dagelijkse leefsituatie en bij hun persoonlijke verzorging. Je draagt eveneens zorg voor lichte huishoudelijke werkzaamheden en voor een schone, veilige ruimte waar de kinderen verblijven. Je onderneemt actieve, ontwikkelingsgerichte en creatieve activiteiten met de kinderen.

  • Je bent flexibel, enthousiast en betrokken
  • Je bent in het bezit van een kwalificerend diploma (mbo/bachelor) conform de Nederlandse cao-richtlijnen. Een kwalificerend Vlaams diploma in de richting van zorg, welzijn of pedagogiek (een diploma-check wordt door ons gefaciliteerd via de Nederlandse cao-richtlijnen)
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal verplicht op minimaal niveau B2 / 3F (mondeling en schriftelijk)
  • Je beschikt over een babyscholingscertificaat (of bent bereid dit te behalen voor de dagopvang)
  • Je hebt aantoonbare pedagogische kennis en kennis van de geldende hygiëne- en veiligheidseisen
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar op werkdagen tussen 07.00 en 19.00 uur (maximaal 9 uur per dag)
  • Je bezit sterke sociale vaardigheden voor het motiveren van kinderen en het onderhouden van helder contact met ouders.
