KinderVilla Het Kootertje is in de afgelopen 30 jaar uitgegroeid van een bescheiden KDV-groep naar een kindcentrum met vier KDV-groepen, een peuterspeelzaal, peuterplusgroep en vijf BSO-groepen. Ondanks de groei hebben we onze kleinschaligheid behouden, met intensief contact met de Prins Willem van Oranje school en een nauwe samenwerking binnen ons IKC. Wat zoeken wij in jou? - Een relevante MBO-opleiding (minimaal niveau 4) en ervaring met kinderen, of bereid om niveau 4 te behalen. - Een teamspeler die ook goed zelfstandig kan werken. - Inzetbaar voor 4 tot 5 middagen. - Flexibel inzetbaar, met interesse in het werken met kinderen van 4-12 jaar. - Creatief en in staat om uitdagende activiteiten te bedenken. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een kindgerichte aanpak. - Een passie voor zowel de ontwikkeling van de kinderen als je eigen ontwikkeling. Jouw functie: - Begeleiden van kinderen bij uitdagende activiteiten. - Oudergesprekken aan het begin en einde van de dag. - Zorg dragen voor een schone werkomgeving en administratieve taken. - Flexibel werken binnen het team en meedenken over activiteiten.
