Als pedagogisch medewerker oproep word jij ingepland op de groepen waar op dat moment een open dienst is. Dankzij onder andere de verschillende zorgvragen en ontwikkelingsniveau van de kinderen binnen de groepen is jouw werk erg afwisselend en leerzaam. Op deze manier doe je veel ervaring op en kan je ook ervaren welke doelgroep het beste bij jou past. We zien vaak dat medewerkers vanuit een oproepkracht functie doorstromen naar een vaste functie op een groep. Jouw functie Als medewerker voor de dagbehandeling begint je werkdag om 8.30 uur. Je maakt de groepsruimte klaar en leest de rapportages van voorgaande dagen zodat je weet hoe die dagen zijn verlopen. Vanaf kwart voor 9 komen de kinderen aan met de bus bij Lentekind of worden gebracht door ouders en start het dagprogramma. De dag is opgedeeld in verschillende momenten, waarbij de activiteiten zoals wandelen, fietsen, snoezelen en buitenspelen afgewisseld worden met een kringmoment, het werken uit werkboxen, muziek, knutselen en sensopathisch spel. Binnen Lentekind wordt gewerkt met thema's waar de liedjes en de werkjes op worden aangepast. Uniek voor Lentekind is dat we elke dag Ritmiek geven, een vorm van behandeling waarbij de aandacht ligt op bewustwording van het lichaam. Door middel van massagetechnieken, bewegingsoefeningen en contactoefeningen wordt op een speelse manier de ontwikkeling en beweging van het kind gestimuleerd. Ook maken we gebruik van de BIM methode, beleving in muziek, waarbij je de melodie van de muziek vertaalt op het lichaam met verschillende voorwerpen, gericht op ontspanning. De dag sluiten we af in de groepsruimte met een koekje, rond half 4 gaan de kinderen weer in de bus naar huis of worden ze opgehaald door ouders. Afhankelijk van jouw functie e...
