De eerste 1000 dagen zijn curciaal in de ontwikkelng van het kind en daar hechten we veel belang aan. Heb je een hart voor baby's en peuters van 0-3 jaar? Je hebt een duidelijke visie op kinderopvang en dat strookt met onze visie? Je hebt oog voor het prikkelen van de ontwikkeling? Je wil graag op een zelfstandige manier werken en eigen ideeën uitwerken? Dan is deze job misschien wel iets voor jou!

Als pedagogisch ondersteuner sta je in om de kinderbegeleiders te ondersteunen in hun dagelijkse taken en coach je hen waar nodig. Je werkt mee in de kinderopvang en ondersteunt en versterkt de collega's vanuit een pedagogische visie. Je gaat samen met de kinderbegeleiders na waar verbeterpunten liggen en stuurt hen hierin zodat de kinderopvang op pedagogisch vlak positief evolueert: leef- en opvangruimte inrichten en de veiligheid van de inrichting nagaan en controleren, activiteiten evalueren, dossiers van kinderen administratief opvolgen en gegevens bijhouden, ontwikkeling van de kinderen mee opvolgen en opportuniteiten creëren om ontwikkeling te stimuleren,... dit in samenwerking met de ondersteuner en verantwoordelijke.

Daarnaast sta je in voor opvolging en uitwerking van een aantal administratieve taken nl.:

- opvolging MeMoQ

- opvolging risicoanalyse

- opvolging welbevinden en betrokkenheid van de opgevangen kinderen

- opvolging draagkracht begeleiders

- opmaak plan van aanpak + opvolging

De Huisjes organiseert kinderopvang op 4 verschillende locaties. Daar staan dagelijks zo'n 25 kinderbegeleiders paraat met de beste zorgen voor zo'n 100 kindjes.

Je bezit de nodige kwalificatiebewijzen om te mogen werken in een kinderdagverblijf (of bent bereid deze te halen). Je hebt reeds ervaring in de kinderopvang opgedaan. Je kan een uittreksel uit het strafregister voorleggen. Je kan een attest medische geschiktheid voorleggen.
