Voor BSO Drakennest in Heeswijk-Dinther zoeken we een pedagogisch professional voor 26 uur in een combinatiefunctie. Je werkt voornamelijk op de BSO, waar je met jouw enthousiasme en zelfstandigheid goed inspeelt op wat (met name oudere) kinderen nodig hebben. Daarnaast ben je flexibel inzetbaar binnen het KDV Klein Drakenstein op dezelfde locatie, waardoor je werkweek afwisselend en veelzijdig is. Zo ben jij. Van nature.Je begeleidt kinderen tijdens de BSO-middagen en zorgt voor een leuke, actieve invulling van de dag. Samen met kinderen en collega's bedenk en organiseer je activiteiten die uitnodigen om te ontdekken, te spelen en samen te werken. Je houdt het overzicht op de groep en zorgt voor een veilige en fijne sfeer. Op andere momenten ondersteun je binnen het KDV via de flexibele schil, waar je collega's helpt en bijspringt waar nodig. Zo ben je van waarde voor zowel de kinderen als het team.Dit past bij jou: - Je bent enthousiast, betrouwbaar en weet kinderen op een positieve manier te begeleiden. - Je hebt een kwalificerende mbo-, hbo- of wo-opleiding om te werken in de kinderopvang.
