Wat ga je doen als Pedagogisch professional? Op de baby-/dreumesgroep draait alles om aandacht, geborgenheid en ontdekken. Jij zorgt voor een veilige en vertrouwde omgeving waarin kinderen zich op hun eigen tempo kunnen ontwikkelen. Je speelt en ontdekt samen, zorgt voor rust en structuur en geniet van de kleine én grote mijlpalen. Je kent de kinderen goed en ziet wat ieder kind nodig heeft. Van een flesje geven en verschonen tot samen spelen, zingen, voorlezen en lekker naar buiten gaan: geen dag is hetzelfde. Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's en hebt regelmatig contact met ouders over de ontwikkeling en belevenissen van hun kind. Wat bieden wij jou? • Brutosalaris tussen €2.681 - € 3.684 per maand op basis van een 36-urige werkweek (schaal 6 volgens cao Kinderopvang) - inschaling afhankelijk van je werkervaring; • Een contract voor één jaar, met uitzicht op een dienstverband voor onbepaalde tijd; • Je wordt de nieuwste deelnemer van ons Hero leiderschapstraject waarin we volgens ons Hero leiderschapskompas verder gaan bouwen aan jouw leiderschapskwaliteiten; • De cao-kinderopvang is van toepassing met onder meer 210 verlofuren per jaar op basis van een 36-urige werkweek en een eindejaarsuitkering van 8 %; • Reiskostenvergoeding; • Een mooi secundair arbeidsvoorwaardenpakket bestaande uit o.a. o Voorrang bij de plaatsing van je eigen kind op één van onze kinderopvanglocat...
