Met een sprankelend enthousiasme en een diepgewortelde passie voor het vak draag je bij aan de ontwikkeling van deze kleintjes. Samen met je collega's inspireer en begeleid je de kinderen, rekening houdend met hun individuele behoeften en mogelijkheden. Dit ga je doen Als Pedagogisch Professional maak je iedere dag het verschil voor peuters met een extra ondersteuningsbehoefte. Je biedt kinderen een veilige, voorspelbare en stimulerende omgeving waarin zij zich op hun eigen tempo kunnen ontwikkelen. Je staat stevig in je schoenen, bent geduldig en hebt oog voor de individuele behoeften van ieder kind. Samen met een medewerker van Kracht begeleid je een kleinschalige groep van maximaal acht peuters. Jullie werken intensief samen om een passend ontwikkelaanbod te creëren en de kinderen de begeleiding te bieden die zij nodig hebben. Je denkt graag mee, deelt ideeën met collega's en communiceert open en professioneel met ouders en betrokken professionals. Met jouw creativiteit en betrokkenheid weet je activiteiten aan te bieden die aansluiten bij de ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden van ieder kind.
