Als Gespecialiseerd Pedagogisch Professional ben jij dagelijks omringd door kinderen en speel jij een belangrijke rol in hun ontwikkeling. Wat vragen wij van jou? - Je hebt op de eerste plaats hart voor het werken met jonge kinderen en je staat achter onze visie om een huiselijke sfeer te creëren op het kinderdagverblijf. - Een beschikbaarheid van enkele vaste werkdagen waarbij je flexibel inzetbaar bent m.b.t de werktijden. - De lesavond, 1 avond per week bij Variva in Eindhoven volg je in eigen tijd evenals het voorbereiden / maken van examens. - Een eerder afgeronde opleiding op niveau 3 of 4 is een pré. - Minimaal 21 jaar ( dit is een opleidingseis vanuit Variva). Wat biedt Kinderopvang Mira jou? - Een werk-leer overeenkomst vanaf februari 2027 voor de duur van de opleiding waarbij het aantal uren bij aanvang 20 werkuren betreft en 10 stage uren. - Je start met een salaris van €2555,- schaal 5 trede 8 (op basis van 36u). - Een contract na afronding van de opleiding bij goed functioneren met een passend salaris conform CAO afspraken startend in schaal 6 trede 11 (€2749,- op basis van 36u). - De kosten van de opleiding worden door Kinderopvang Mira volbracht, afspraken hierover worden vastgelegd in een studieovereenkomst. - Een vast ...
