Voor onze locaties in Amsterdam, KDV & Kidsclub Gein, bieden wij jou de mogelijkheid om via een BBL-traject opgeleid te worden tot pedagogisch professional. Hoe ziet het BBL traject eruit? Allereerst zal er een kennismakinggesprek met ons plaatsvinden. Zijn wij én jij beide positief? Dan ga je kennis maken met een vestigingsmanager van KSH en een dagdeel proefdraaien op de groep. Wij vinden dit het mooiste vak en worden blij van dit werk maar of dat ook voor jou geldt kan je het beste zelf ervaren. Ben jij daarna (nog steeds) enthousiast, dan gaan verder in de sollicitatieprocedure. Voordat we starten met het opleidingstraject krijg je eerst de tijd om het vak van pedagogisch professional en onze organisatie te ontdekken als groepsondersteuner. Zo leg je een mooie basis voor de start van jouw BBL-traject.
