Bij Kindergarden kun je via ons zij-instroomtraject al binnen 3 maanden gekwalificeerd worden als Pedagogisch Professional. Je combineert werken en leren: je staat direct op de groep, ontvangt salaris én volgt onze intern ontwikkelde en erkende scholing Kindergarden Pedagogiek 0-13 jaar. Zo maak je in korte tijd een nieuwe stap in je carrière. Pedagogisch Professional zij-instroom 24,75 - 33,00 uur (3 - 4 dagen) Image Kindergarden Maliebaan Wanneer nieuwe collega's onze vestiging aan de Maliebaan binnenlopen, horen we vaak: "Wow, wat een prachtig pand!" De hoge plafonds, het vele daglicht en de rustige sfeer maken dit een fijne plek om te werken. Alle ruimtes hebben een warme, huiselijke uitstraling met overzichtelijke hoeken waar baby's en peuters veilig kunnen ontdekken. Als Pedagogisch Professional heb je hier écht de ruimte om kinderen te volgen in hun tempo en een omgeving te creëren waarin ze zich geborgen voelen. Maliebaan 25, Utrecht Wat kun je verwachten? Je start direct met werken en leren tegelijk. In de eerste periode werk je boventallig op de groep, zodat je rustig kunt wennen en de ruimte hebt om te leren, observeren en oefenen. Het traject duurt ongeveer 3 maanden en is volledig afgestemd op de praktijk bij Kindergarden. Je leert wat je nodig hebt en past dit direct toe in je werk.
