Pedagogisch Professional Baby / Peutergroep Als pedagogisch professional heb je een passie voor werken met de allerkleinsten en creëer je samen met je collega's een veilige, warme en vertrouwde omgeving. Op onze KDV-locaties in Utrecht zorg jij ervoor dat baby's, dreumesen of peuters elke dag een fijne dag hebben, waarbij je aansluit bij hun belevingswereld en ontwikkeling. - 36 uur per week - Schaal 6 (€2681,- t/m €3684,- bruto per maand op basis van 36 uur) - Werkdagen in overleg Als pedagogisch professional weet jij kinderen te inspireren en te begeleiden in hun ontwikkeling. Je bent flexibel en voelt je thuis in een kleinschalige, betrokken omgeving. Je hebt een relevant diploma waarmee je in de kinderopvang mag werken, volgens de CAO-Kinderopvang. Bij Kids Lodge leer je de kneepjes van het vak en staat jouw ontwikkeling centraal. Vaardigheden of eigenschappen Je geniet ervan om kinderen een fijne dag te bezorgen en bent creatief en energiek in het bedenken van activiteiten. Je bent flexibel inzetbaar en uren zijn bespreekbaar. Melissa Recruiter Over je functie Als pedagogisch beleidsmedewerker weet je alles van de nieuwste ontwikkelingen binnen de kinderopvang inclusief wet- en regelgeving. Je ontwikkelt, schrijft, implementeert en evalueert het (pedagogisch) beleid en zorgt voor naleving van wet- en regelgeving. Je werkt hierbij nauw samen met je collega's binnen het Kwaliteitsteam, zoals de pedagogisch coaches. Ook werk je nauw samen met leidinggevenden, pedagogisch professionals en andere afdelingen. Houd je wijzigingen in wet- en regelgeving en maatschappelijke trends binnen de kinderopvang bij en zet je beleidswijzigingen samen met collega's om naar uitvoerbare beleidsstukken, protocollen en richtlijnen. Samenwerking Werk je samen met (locatie)managers en teams om draagvlak en acceptatie te creëren voor nieuw beleid.
