Jouw droombaan in de kinderopvang start hier! Binnen twee jaar je diploma en vanaf dag 1 salaris? In samenwerking met mboRijnland starten wij in februari 2027 een nieuwe BBL-klas tot pedagogisch professional (niveau 3 of 4) in Den Haag, Zoetermeer en omgeving. Tijdens dit traject ga je elke woensdag naar school. De andere 3 of 4 dagen ga je werken en leren op een van onze kinderopvanglocaties bij jou in de buurt. Hier leer je van ervaren collega's alles over het vak. Waar en wanneer ga ik de bbl opleiding volgen? Samen met mboRijnland in Zoetermeer start gro-up een nieuwe BBL-klas. Samen gaan we op zoek naar een gro-up locatie bij jou in de buurt waar je gaat werken. De werktijden variëren, maar vallen van maandag tot en met vrijdag tussen 07:30 uur en 18:30 uur. mboRijnland is goed bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer, metrohalte Palenstein. Ook is er genoeg parkeerplek voor je auto, fiets of scooter. Wat ga ik doen als pedagogisch professional kinderopvang? Als pedagogisch professional in de kinderopvang heb je een belangrijke rol in het leven van kinderen. Dit kan er elke dag weer anders uitzien. Je biedt professionele zorg, creëert een veilige en stimulerende omgeving voor kinderen en bent betrokken bij hun ontwikkeling. Tijdens je BBL-traject doe je praktijkervaring op binnen verschillende opvangvormen van gro-up. Zo kun je aan de slag op het kinderdagverblijf met kinderen van 0 tot 4 jaar, op de peuteropvang en op de buitenschoolse opvang (BSO) met kinderen van 4 tot 12 jaar. Hierdoor ontdek je welke leeftijdsgroep het beste bij jou past en ontwikkel je jezelf tot een veelzijdige pedagogisch professional. Hoe mooi is dat! Blijf ik bij gro-up werken na mijn BBL opleiding? Natuurlijk! Na deze twee jaar ben jij een gro-upper in hart en nieren. Er zijn binnen gro-up veel mogelijkheden met meer dan 300 kinderdagverblijf, peuteropvang en BSO locaties.
