- Ontdek Mikz - Kernwaarden Mikz Pedagogisch Professional BSO - Maravilla De deur gaat open en een stroom kinderen komt binnen. Tassen worden opgehangen, vrienden gevonden, plannen gemaakt voor de middag. Jij ziet het allemaal. Je weet wie er stralend binnenkomt en wie een rustig momentje nodig heeft. Je weet wanneer je ruimte geeft en wanneer je even naast iemand gaat zitten. En die plek is er nu bij Mikz, op kindcentrum Maravilla in Vlijmen. Wat maakt deze rol bijzonder? Op kindcentrum Maravilla ben jij het vaste gezicht voor een groep schoolkinderen die na een dag vol indrukken wil ontspannen, spelen en zichzelf zijn. De middag begint gezamenlijk aan de stamtafels: wat eten, drinken en bijkletsen. Daarna kiezen kinderen zelf wat ze willen doen. En jij bent degene die dat mogelijk maakt. Maravilla is een kindcentrum met karakter. De BSO-ruimtes zijn ingericht met verschillende speelhoeken waarin diverse activiteiten worden uitgevoerd. Buiten is een grote speelplaats met uitdagende elementen, ontworpen samen met een tuinarchitect en de twee basisscholen waarmee Maravilla het pand deelt. Er is altijd beweging, altijd leven. Kinderen voelen zich hier welkom en veilig. Voor activiteiten werkt Maravilla samen met professionals voor sport en spel en beeldende kunst. Kinderen kunnen letterlijk alle kanten op: van rustig lezen op de bank tot ravotten op het nabijgelegen voetbalveldje. Jij sluit aan bij wat er speelt, biedt structuur waar nodig en geeft ruimte waar dat kan. Dat vraagt een stevige pedagogische basis én iemand die écht plezier heeft in dit werk. Je werkt op maandag-, dinsdag- en donderdagmiddag, samen 15 uur per week. Die drie middagen horen bij elkaar: kinderen zien graag hetzelfde gezicht terug, en jij bouwt zo een band op met de groep in plaats van dat je elke week opnieuw begint. Omdat je ook in de vakanties beschikbaar bent, is een contract van 20 uur ook mogelijk. Er is soms ruimte om de middagen aan te vullen ...
