Pedagogisch professional BSO (m/v) Waar: BSO Buitenburen Omvang: 20 uur - maandag/dinsdag /donderdag/vrijdag Bij BSO Buitenburen zoeken we voor de groep 6 tot 7- jarigen een lieve, betrouwbare en stabiele juf of meester die de kinderen na schooltijd een warm tweede thuis geeft. Wij halen kinderen op van school en eten dan een warme maaltijd met hen. Er is veel ruimte voor vrij spel en als pedagogisch professional ben je voorwaardenscheppend aanwezig; met je aandacht en bewustzijn daar waar je nodig bent, soms bijsturen, soms juist even omhullen en andere keren van een afstandje kijken of het kinderen zelf lukt. Tijdens schooldagen is er een vast dagritme en vinden we het belangrijk om niet de schooldag te verlengen met activiteitenprogramma's. Net als thuis mogen kinderen zelf kiezen wat ze het liefst doen; lekker spelen, een boekje lezen of misschien juist even helemaal niks en hangen op de bank. Soms is juist ook hangen op de bank waardevol om vanuit verveling en de lege ruimte tot een nieuw plan te komen. BSO DSC 7628 LRBSO DSC 7798 LR Wij zoeken Wij zijn op zoek naar een pedagogisch professional die graag kinderen een tweede thuis biedt, een stevige pedagoog is en deze twee kwaliteiten wil combineren in onze BSO. Je werkt samen met een vaste collega die deze groep al goed kent en bent ingebed in een BSO met nog een groep voor oudere kinderen waar ook twee vaste collega's aanwezig zijn. We zoeken iemand die goed kan samenwerken en beschikt over de nodigde zelfreflectie. Ervaring met de antroposofie/vrijeschool is een grote pré. Wat je verder nodig hebt voor deze functie is: - Gekwalificeerde Pedagogisch medewerker met de IKK eisen: Nederlands 3F niveau - Bewuste en aandachtige manier van werken met kinderen; kinderen verzorgen met zachtheid, omhulling, humor, maar ook het stimuleren in zelfredzaamheid. - Open en communicatieve houding naar ouders en collega's. - Je staat open voor de antroposofische visie, onderschrijft d...
