Pedagogisch professional dagopvang - Pedagogisch Professional - 34 uur - 0-4 jaar - Westland Wie zijn wij? Stel je een plek voor waar kinderen met grote ogen de wereld ontdekken. Waar ze mogen kliederen, klimmen, vragen stellen en hun fantasie de vrije loop laten. Een plek waar ze zich veilig voelen, gezien worden en zichzelf kunnen zijn. Dat is Stichting Kwest. Wij zijn een maatschappelijke kinderopvangorganisatie in gemeente Westland. Al sinds 2003 bieden wij opvang aan kinderen van 0 tot 12 jaar: van de allerkleinsten in de dagopvang tot nieuwsgierige peuters en avontuurlijke schoolkinderen in de BSO. Ook hebben we een eigen gastouderbureau, voor opvang in huiselijke sfeer. Wat zoeken wij? Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste, liefdevolle en betrokken pedagogisch medewerker voor onze dagopvang. Het gaat om een functie van 3 of 4 dagen per week. 25.5 uur- 34 uur | Westland | 0-4 jaar √ Babygroep, peutergroep of verticaal. √ Beschikbaarheid bespreekbaar Wie ben jij? Op onze dagopvang locaties creëren we een veilige omgeving waarin baby's en peuters zich op hun eigen tempo kunnen ontwikkelen. Samen met je collega's geef je ieder kind de aandacht, rust en geborgenheid die het nodig heeft. Verder heb jij: - Een warm hart voor kinderen en biedt hen een veilige, vertrouwde en stimulerende omgeving. - Bent enthousiast, zorgzaam en hebt oog voor de individuele behoeften van ieder kind. - Werkt graag samen met collega's en communiceert prettig met ouders. - Neemt initiatief en denkt actief mee over de ontwikkeling van de groep. - Beschikt over een passend diploma volgens de kwalificatie-eisen voor de kinderopvang.
