In samenwerking met Variva bieden wij in februari 2027 een BBL-traject tot pedagogisch medewerker niveau 3 of gespecialiseerd pedagogisch professional niveau 4. Je werkt tussen de 20 en 28 uur op verschillende groepen; baby-, peuter(speelzaal) en BSO. Daarnaast volg je 1 avond per week les in Eindhoven. Na het behalen van je diploma kom je bij wederzijdse tevredenheid bij ons in dienst. Wat ga jij dit jaar leren: - Je benadert kinderen en ouders vanuit een respectvolle houding en geeft kinderen op een positieve manier persoonlijke aandacht en begeleiding; - Je zorgt voor een veilige en geborgen omgeving waar een open, ontspannen en liefdevolle sfeer heerst; - Je focust je op jouw studie en leerproces en zorgt voor een goede werk-privé balans. Wat vragen wij van jou: - Een enthousiaste en leergierige houding; - Flexibiliteit rondom jouw inzet. Gedurende dit jaar ga je verschillende groepen leren kennen; - Je bent minimaal 20 jaar; - Een afgeronde MBO opleiding op niveau 3 of 4 is een pré.
