Ons kinderdagverblijf is bewust kleinschalig: met twee verticale groepen kennen we elk kind en elke ouder persoonlijk. Dat zorgt voor rust, verbinding en een fijne sfeer voor zowel de kinderen als het team. Werken bij Guppie betekent werken op een plek waar aandacht, betrokkenheid en professionaliteit centraal staan. Wat ga je doen? Als pedagogisch professional ben jij een vertrouwd en liefdevol aanspreekpunt voor de kinderen. Je zorgt voor een veilige sfeer waarin zij zich vrij voelen om te ontdekken, te spelen en te groeien. Je begeleidt hen gedurende de dag, let op hun emoties en ontwikkelingen en past jouw activiteiten en aanpak daarop aan. Je creëert structuur en rust, maar ook plezier en uitdaging. Daarnaast onderhoud je warme, open communicatie met ouders en draag je samen met collega's bij aan een gezellige, stabiele groep waar iedereen zich welkom voelt. Doordat Guppie kleinschalig kinderopvang is, heb je écht tijd om kinderen te volgen, hen individuele aandacht te geven en een hechte band met hen op te bouwen.
