Binnen Dichtbij krijg je de mogelijkheid om op verschillende locaties en met diverse leeftijdsgroepen te werken. Zo blijft je werk uitdagend en doe je brede werkervaring op. Jij zorgt ervoor - samen met het team - dat kinderen zich veilig voelen, kunnen ontwikkelen en vooral plezier hebben. Hoewel je flexibel inzetbaar bent, zorgen we ook voor structuur. Je rooster wordt ruim van tevoren gemaakt, zodat je weet waar je aan toe bent. In sommige gevallen werk je voor een langere periode op dezelfde groep, bijvoorbeeld om een collega tijdens vakantie of ziekte te vervangen. Het werken in de flexpool biedt nog meer voordelen: je hebt de regie over je eigen planning door je in te schrijven op diensten die bij jou passen. Daarnaast krijg je voorrang bij interne vacatures, zowel voor tijdelijke functies als voor vaste posities binnen de organisatie. Ook als je alleen in de zomerperiode wilt werken ben je van harte welkom om te solliciteren. Functie-eisen Dit zoeken wij in jou als pedagogisch professional: Je geniet van ieder moment met de kinderen op de groep en zet je met plezier in om ze een fijne en leerzame dag te bezorgen. Omdat je verantwoordelijk bent voor de dagelijkse opvang en verzorging van jonge kinderen, moet je in het bezit zijn van een diploma dat kwalificeert om te werken in de kinderopvang (bijvoorbeeld pedagogisch medewerker MBO 3, gespecialiseerd pedagogisch medewerker of onderwijsassistent MBO 4, HBO pedagogiek of PABO).
