Met jouw kennis & ervaring als pedagogisch professional kun je overal aan de slag: van babygym tot voetballen met schoolkinderen. Als pedagogisch medewerker flexpool ben jij - in het bezit van een relevant mbo-diploma (3-4), zoals pedagogisch medewerker, SPW, onderwijsassistent of sport en bewegen, en kunt kinderen goed begeleiden. - flexibel inzetbaar: je springt bij om roosters te vullen en zorgt zo voor de beste opvang voor de kinderen - communicatief sterk in Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, zodat je duidelijk kunt overleggen met ouders en collega's. - proactief: je ziet wat er moet gebeuren en neemt initiatief om het verschil te maken in het lev...
