Dan hebben wij misschien wel de leukste baan voor jou! Voor onze flexpool zoeken we een enthousiaste pedagogisch professional die met plezier bijspringt waar nodig. De ene dag knuffel je met de allerkleinsten op het kinderdagverblijf, de volgende dag help je kinderen vol energie tijdens de voorschoolse of buitenschoolse opvang. Juist die afwisseling maakt dit werk zo leuk! Onze locatie Primenius opvang en onderwijs biedt diverse vormen kinderopvang aan op 22 locaties in Groningen en Drenthe. Onder leiding van de IKC directeur wordt gewerkt aan hoog gekwalificeerd, meetbaar en eigentijds onderwijs en kinderopvang. In onze kinderopvang staat het kind (echt) centraal door in het ontwikkelproces en het welbevinden het kind ook daadwerkelijk te betrekken. Met een positieve benadering heten we ieder kind welkom. Wat ga je doen? Als medewerker in onze flexpool ben je inzetbaar op verschillende opvangvormen: Kinderdagverblijf (KDV), Peuteropvang (PO), Voorschoolse opvang (VSO), Buitenschoolse opvang (BSO). Je zorgt voor een veilige, gezellige en uitdagende omgeving waarin kinderen zich gezien en gehoord voelen. Je sluit aan bij wat kinderen nodig hebben en maakt van elke dag iets bijzonders. Jij bent - Iemand die graag met kinderen van verschillende leeftijden werkt; - Flexibel is en houdt van afwisseling; - Snel contact maakt met kinderen, ouders en collega's; - Positief, zelfstandig en betrokken is; - In bezit van een auto; - Volledig inzetbaar is op alle groepen: VSO, BSO, KDV en peuteropvang; - Beschikt over een passende diploma voor de kinderopvang.
