Je werkt als pedagogisch medewerker op verschillende gro-up locaties in de wijken Ommoord, Zevenkamp en Nesselande in Rotterdam oost. Je begeleidt kinderen van verschillende leeftijden en bedenkt leuke en creatieve activiteiten. Jij bent de baas van je eigen werkweek. Je springt in waar het nodig is, waardoor je veel verschillende groepen en werkwijzen leert kennen. Natuurlijk is geen kind hetzelfde. En daarom ben jij zo belangrijk: jij kijkt per kind per dag wat nodig is. Zodat zij het mooiste uit zichzelf kunnen halen. In gesprek met jouw toekomstige collega bij gro-up Waarom is het leuk werken in de flexpool? Omdat je zelf bepaalt wanneer en hoeveel je werkt. Je kunt deze (bij)baan dus perfect combineren met je studie, een andere baan of je privéleven. Je komt op verschillende locaties, waardoor je veel afwisseling hebt én ontdekt wat het beste bij jou past. Bovendien kun jij je helemaal focussen op de kinderen, want vaste collega's nemen de administratieve taken voor hun rekening. Wat zoeken jullie in een nieuwe collega? We zoeken iemand die flexibel, enthousiast en nieuwsgierig is. Jij ziet waar een kind behoefte aan heeft en weet hoe je een omgeving creëert waarin ze optimaal kunnen ontwikkelen. Natuurlijk heb je het juiste diploma, voldoe je aan de taaleis en heb je een VOG. Je werkweek kan er elke week weer anders uitzien. Jij geeft je (vaste) beschikbaarheid door.
