Als pedagogisch professional ben jij elke dag bezig met wat écht telt: kinderen een veilige, fijne plek geven om te groeien. Je komt te werken op een verticale groep waar je de kinderen begeleidt en structuur en overzicht biedt. Je sluit aan bij hun eigen tempo en geeft ze de vrijheid om te ontdekken. Daarnaast werk je samen met je collega's aan een fijne, warme sfeer op de groep en houd je de ontwikkeling van de kinderen bij, bijvoorbeeld in overdrachten en observaties. Wat bieden wij jou? - Een jaarcontract voor 24uur per week met intentie op vast - Jouw initiatief telt, bij ons krijg jij de kans om jouw ideeën tot leven te brengen - Brutosalaris van €2.641,- tot €3.630 op basis van 36 uur (Schaal 6 CAO Kinderopvang) - Een goed inwerkprogramma zodat jij vol zelfvertrouwen aan de slag gaat - Jij mag je bij ons altijd blijven ontwikkelen, hiervoor hebben wij onze KSH Academie - Bonus van 1000 euro bruto als jij één jaar bij ons werkt én blijft werken Wat vragen wij van jou? - Je bent in het bezit van een diploma (MBO3, MBO4 of HBO) dat jou kwalificeert om te werken in de kinderopvang.
