Zodra je de lichte ruimtes op deze locatie binnenstapt, voelt het direct alsof je een gezellige huiskamer betreedt. Als pedagogisch medewerker creëer jij hier een veilige en liefdevolle basis voor de allerkleinsten. Je volgt ontspannen het eigen ritme van de kinderen en communiceert altijd warm en op ooghoogte, zodat ieder kind zich écht gezien voelt. Buitenspelen en natuurbeleving staan bij ons absoluut centraal. Je trekt er dagelijks met de kinderen op uit in onze grote tuin, een ware oase vol natuurlijke speelmaterialen. Of jullie maken samen een heerlijke, frisse wandeling richting het strand! We sluiten de ochtend af door samen aan de slag te gaan met de voorbereiding van onze verse, biologische lunch.
