Heb je al gewerkt als pedagogisch medewerker, gastouder, onderwijsassistent, onderwijsmedewerker of in een andere functie met kinderen? Dan is dat een sterke pré. Belangrijker vinden wij dat je affiniteit hebt met jonge kinderen, enthousiast bent en hen een veilige, warme en stimulerende omgeving kunt bieden. Uiteraard beschik je over een diploma dat kwalificeert voor het werken in de kinderopvang.
