Voor deze knusse locatie zijn we op zoek naar een lieve en betrokken collega. Over Swaan Locatie kdv de Amstel Dienstverband 27 - 36 uur per week Niveau PW 3/4 Salaris o.b.v. 36 uur € 2681 - € 3684 Jouw locatie & team Kinderdagverblijf De Amstel is onderdeel van het Montessori Kind Centrum (MKC) in het Amstelkwartier. We werken hier volgens de montessorivisie, waarbij het kind centraal staat en we aansluiten bij hun natuurlijke nieuwsgierigheid en behoefte aan zelfstandigheid. Met maar drie groepen kennen we elkaar allemaal bij naam en komen we regelmatig bij elkaar buurten. Je komt terecht in een fijn team met een positieve, betrokken werksfeer. We werken ook nauw samen met de leerkrachten van de basisschool en onze collega's van de bso. Wat breng je mee? • E en kindgericht mbo-3 of 4 diploma (check: www.kinderopvang-werkt.nl/diplomacheck-kinderopvang ) ; • E en geld ig certificaat 'werken met baby's; • Een geldig taalcertificaat 3F (taaltoets). Daarom kijken we niet alleen naar wat wij nodig hebben, maar ook naar wat jij belangrijk vindt. • Je werkt 27 of 36 uur per week , j e werktijden en dagen stemmen we samen met jou af . • Een salaris tussen € 2.681 en € 3.684 bruto per maand (schaal 6, cao- kinderopvang ); • Een jaarcontract, met uitzicht op een vast contract bij goed functioneren. • Ruimte om te groeien: trainingen, workshops en volop mogelijkheden om jezelf te ontwikkelen. • Een gezellig team: met onder andere een lentefeest, eindejaarsfeest en teamuitje. • 8% vakantiegeld + 8% eindejaarsuitkering. • Reiskostenvergoeding volgens de cao-kinderopvang . • 210 verlofuren (o.b.v. 36 uur)....
