Grensarbeid zoekt voor MIK&PIW Groep in Beek een pedagogisch professional/ kinderbegeleider uit Vlaanderen die willen werken in de regio Maastricht of andere regio's (regio Beek, Stein, Sittard, Susteren, Born ) .

  • Werk jij graag met kinderen en haal je voldoening uit hun groei en ontwikkeling?
  • Vind je het fijn om samen te spelen, creatief bezig te zijn, buiten op ontdekking te gaan en voor te lezen?
  • Wil jij kinderen elke dag een veilige, warme en stimulerende omgeving bieden? Dan leren wij je graag kennen.
  • Bij MIK & Spelenderwijs begeleiden we kinderen van 0 tot 13 jaar in hun ontwikkeling, elk op hun eigen tempo.
  • Samen bekijken we welke werking het best bij jou past: kinderdagverblijf (0–4 jaar), peuteropvang (2 – 4 jaar) of buitenschoolse opvang (BSO) (4 – 13 jaar), én op welke locatie.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Samen met kinderen spelen, ontdekken en creëren: knutselen, bouwen, muziek maken en buiten spelen.
  • Kinderen stimuleren in hun emotionele, sociale en cognitieve ontwikkeling.
  • Zorgen voor een veilige, vertrouwde en positieve leefomgeving.
  • Observeren, luisteren en inspelen op wat elk kind nodig heeft.
  • In gesprek gaan met ouders over de ontwikkeling van hun kind.
  • Samenwerken met collega’s, onderwijs en partners in de buurt.

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Je hebt een relevant diploma kinderzorg / kinderbegeleider. Ook Belgische diploma’s komen in aanmerking.
  • Je hebt een warm hart voor kinderen en werkt graag met verschillende leeftijden.
  • Je bent creatief, enthousiast en positief ingesteld.
  • Je communiceert vlot met kinderen, ouders en collega’s.
  • Je bent flexibel en kan inspelen op de noden van elk kind.

Taalvereisten Nederlands

Kinderopvang (0–4 jaar): Nederlands niveau 3F

Buitenschoolse opvang (BSO): Nederlands niveau 2F

Sommige opleidingen voldoen hier automatisch aan. Indien nodig kan je een aanvullende cursus of taaltoets volgen — wij denken hierin actief met je mee.

Buitenlandse (incl. Belgische) diploma’s worden beoordeeld via DUO (NL). Omdat België een EU-lidstaat is, kun je in Nederland werken met je Belgische diploma — maar je moet het eerst laten erkennen. Dit heet een erkenning van beroepskwalificatie voor de functie “beroepskracht kinderopvang” (dagopvang, buitenschoolse opvang, gastouderopvang) bij DUO (NL). De procedure duurt gemiddeld ongeveer 3 weken. Erkenning of melding is gratis. Wij begeleiden je stap voor stap door het volledige traject.

Werktijden & planning

  • Openingstijden opvang: 7.30 – 18.30 uur
  • Starttijden medewerkers: tussen 7.30 en 9.00 uur
  • Eindtijden: tussen 17.00 en 18.30 uur
