Werken bij Kinderopvang Walcheren Pedagogisch professional kinderdagverblijf Molenwiek (babygroep) Op de babygroep van Molenwiek geef je baby's de rust, aandacht en geborgenheid die ze nodig hebben om zich veilig te voelen en de wereld om zich heen te ontdekken. Je kent de kleine signalen, weet wanneer een baby behoefte heeft aan nabijheid en wanneer er juist ruimte is om zelf te ontdekken. Met jouw ervaring zorg je samen met je collega's voor een vertrouwde omgeving waarin ieder kind zich in zijn eigen tempo kan ontwikkelen. Op de babygroep begeleid je kinderen in een fase waarin ontwikkeling razendsnel gaat. Je zorgt voor een veilige en rustige omgeving en stemt je begeleiding af op het ritme en de behoefte van ieder kind. Voeden, slapen, spelen en verzorgen zijn daarbij veel meer dan praktische momenten. Het zijn momenten waarop je contact maakt, vertrouwen opbouwt en de ontwikkeling stimuleert. Voor deze functie zoeken we bewust iemand die al meerdere jaren ervaring heeft met het werken met baby's. Je kent de dynamiek van een babygroep, herkent signalen en weet hoe je samen met collega's en ouders zorgt voor stabiliteit en een vertrouwde omgeving. Voor de babygroep van Molenwiek zoeken we een pedagogisch professional voor 27 tot 32 uur per week. Je werkt in ieder geval op maandag, dinsdag en woensdag. Op woensdag is er ruimte om je uren eventueel verder uit te breiden. Over de locatie Bij Molenwiek werken we samen aan een plek waar kinderen zich veilig voelen en alle ruimte krijgen om te ontdekken en zich te ontwikkelen. Op de babygroep staat persoonlijke aandacht centraal. Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's en hebt veel contact met ouders over het ritme, de ontwikkeling en het welzijn van hun kind. Dit krijg je van ons - Een functie voor 27 tot 32 uur per week. - Vaste werkdagen op maandag, dinsdag en woensdag met de mogelijkheid om de uren op woensdag uit te breiden. - Een salaris volgens schaal 6 van de cao Kindero...
