Voor onze peutergroep in Helmond zoeken wij een enthousiaste collega die kinderen van 2 tot 4 jaar helpt groeien, spelen en ontwikkelen. Bij Kids Lodge geloven we dat ieder kind uniek is. Daarom creëren we iedere dag een omgeving waarin kinderen zichzelf mogen zijn, nieuwe dingen ontdekken en vol vertrouwen de volgende stap zetten. - Helmond - KDV - 36 uur - Dagen in overleg - CAO-kinderopvang Schaal 6 (€2.641,- t/m €3.630,- bruto per maand op basis van een 36-urige werkweek) Over je functie Als meewerkend pedagogisch coach voor onze buiten BSO ondersteun en coach je de pedagogisch professionals op de werkvloer en zorg je ervoor dat de pedagogische visie van Kids Lodge vertaald wordt naar de werkvloer. Dit doe je onder andere door middel van coaching, persoonlijke begeleiding en het geven van trainingen. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met de andere collega's van de afdeling kwaliteit en leidinggevenden om het pedagogische beleid te verbeteren en te implementeren. Dit doe je verspreid over de elf verschillende locaties van de buiten BSO. Bij de buiten BSO leren de kinderen op spelenderwijs de natuur ontdekken, dit doen zij onder andere door het bouwen van hutten en het ontdekken van voedsel. Jij geeft coaching on the job als meewerkend pedagogisch coach en helpt medewerkers hun vaardigheden te verbeteren in de dagelijkse praktijk. Trainen Jij maakt en geeft samen met je collega coaches praktische trainingen waarin je pedagogisch professionals begeleidt met de uitvoering van het pedagogische beleid.
