Op de peuteropvang draait alles om een veilige, vertrouwde en stimulerende omgeving voor jonge kinderen. Jij biedt warmte, aandacht en de ruimte om spelenderwijs te ontdekken. Dankzij jouw kennis en ondersteuning ontwikkelen kinderen op het tempo dat bij hen past. We werken met VE Piramide . Natuurlijk is geen kind hetzelfde. En daarom ben jij zo belangrijk: jij kijkt per kind per dag wat nodig is. Zodat zij het mooiste uit zichzelf kunnen halen. In gesprek met Ramona van de Arend, locatiemanager bij Peuteropvang Knofje Waarom is het leuk werken bij Knofje? Je werkt in een kleinschalige, rustige en huiselijke sfeer waarin veel aandacht is voor de ontwikkeling van kinderen. Je gaat nauw samenwerken met de andere groep en komt echt terecht in een warm bad. Wat zoeken jullie in een nieuwe collega? We zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste professional die klaar is voor een nieuwe uitdaging. In deze rol ligt de focus op het stimuleren van de sociale ontwikkeling, motorische vaardigheden en taalontwikkeling van kinderen. Je hebt oog voor ieder kind, speelt in op individuele behoeften en biedt een luisterend oor in een veilige en vertrouwde omgeving. Je bent minimaal 10 uur per week beschikbaar van maandag en vrijdag van 8:45 uur tot 12:45 uur. Je beschikt over een volwaardige VE scholing en voldoet aan de 3f VE taaleis. Wil je meer werken, dat kan! De andere dagen werk je flexibel op de peuteropvang, kdv of de bso. Je werkt binnen een betrokken en enthousiast team van pedagogisch professionals op de peuteropvang, waarbij je nauw samenwerkt met collega's van het KDV en de BSO.
