Bij Kindergarden kun je via ons zij-instroomtraject al binnen 3 maanden gekwalificeerd worden als Pedagogisch Professional. Je combineert werken en leren: je staat direct op de groep, ontvangt salaris én volgt onze intern ontwikkelde en erkende scholing Kindergarden Pedagogiek 0-13 jaar. Zo maak je in korte tijd een nieuwe stap in je carrière. Pedagogisch Professional zij-instroom 24,75 - 33,00 uur (3 - 4 dagen) Image Kindergarden Floriande Bij Kindergarden Floriande werk je op een lichte, open en ruime vestiging in de groene wijk Floriande in Hoofddorp. De locatie ligt centraal, naast het gezondheidscentrum, en is goed bereikbaar via verschillende aanrijroutes. Ook voor collega's die buiten Hoofddorp wonen. Het gebouw biedt kinderen volop ruimte om te ontdekken en te bewegen, terwijl de huiselijke sfeer juist zorgt voor rust en geborgenheid. Deltaweg 115, Hoofddorp Wat kun je verwachten? Je start direct met werken en leren tegelijk. In de eerste periode werk je boventallig op de groep, zodat je rustig kunt wennen en de ruimte hebt om te leren, observeren en oefenen. Het traject duurt ongeveer 3 maanden en is volledig afgestemd op de praktijk bij Kindergarden. Je leert wat je nodig hebt en past dit direct toe in je werk. Je kunt het volgende verwachten: • Een intern opleidingsprogramma op basis van Kindergarden Pedagogiek 0-13 jaar • Praktijkopdrachten op de groep • Begeleiding door een werkbegeleider en collega's • Ondersteuning van een trainer vanuit de Kindergarden Academie • Regelmatige feedback en evaluatiemomenten Na afronding ben je volledig gekwalificeerd Pedagogisch Professional en kun je zelfstandig aan de slag op de groep.
