Kinderdagverblijf Boelieboe zoekt een gemotiveerde, enthousiaste pedagogisch verantwoordelijke voor haar vijf vestigingen.

Ter ondersteuning van onze administratieve dienst zoeken we nog een gemotiveerde collega die specifiek meer kennis heeft over de werking binnen een kinderdagverblijf en de samenwerking met Kind&Gezin en andere instanties.

Het gaat om een gevarieerd takenpakket:

Operationeel

  • Beantwoorden van mails
  • Teammeetingen
  • Telefonische oproepen met ouders en personeel
  • Interne communicatie met onze verschillende vestigingen
  • Contacten met Kind&Gezin
  • Nieuwe inschrijvingen
  • Klachtenbeheer
  • Pedagogisch beleid
  • Welbevinden kinderen meten
  • Procedures naleven
  • Risicoanalyses opmaken
  • Slaapveiligheid controleren
  • Communicatie zorginspectie
  • Subsidies en vergunningen beheren
  • Regelgeving kinderopvang toepassen

Eerdere ervaring in de kinderopvang is een pluspunt.

  • In bezit van bachelor diploma "pedagogie van het jonge kind" is een sterk pluspunt
  • Kennis van de regelgeving van kinderopvang is een plus.
