Voor een kinderdagverblijf zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste en betrokken pedagogisch verantwoordelijke. In deze functie ondersteun je de vijf vestigingen en draag je actief bij aan een veilige, kwalitatieve en warme opvangomgeving voor kinderen, ouders en medewerkers.

Jouw takenpakket;

  • Algemene werking & communicatie Beantwoorden van e-mails en telefonische vragen van ouders en medewerkers. Coördineren en opvolgen van interne communicatie tussen de verschillende vestigingen. Organiseren en deelnemen aan teamvergaderingen. Beheren van nieuwe inschrijvingen. Behandelen en opvolgen van klachten.
  • Pedagogische ondersteuning Mee vormgeven en bewaken van het pedagogisch beleid. Opvolgen van het welzijn en de ontwikkeling van kinderen. Ondersteunen en coachen van medewerkers in hun dagelijkse werking. Waken over de naleving van procedures en kwaliteitsrichtlijnen.
  • Kwaliteit , regelgeving & administratie Onderhouden van contacten met Kind & Gezin en andere relevante instanties. Toepassen en opvolgen van de geldende regelgeving binnen de kinderopvang. Uitvoeren van risicoanalyses en controles rond slaapveiligheid. Voorbereiden en begeleiden van inspecties. Beheren van subsidies, vergunningen en administratieve dossiers.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor pedagogie van het jonge kind of een gelijkaardige opleiding
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen de kinderopvangsector
  • Je hebt kennis van de regelgeving binnen de kinderopvang
  • Je bent vertrouwd met de samenwerking van Kind & Gezin en andere externe partners
  • Je communiceert vlot en onderhoudt contacten met verschillende stakeholders
