The posting

Diploma dat voldoet om te werken in de kinderopvang met kinderen van 4-13 jaar.

Wij zoeken een pedagogisch medewerker voor 12 tot 20 uur per week om ons fijne, kleine team te versterken. De Bos-BSO is een beetje anders dan anders. We zijn zelfstandig en kleinschalig, met maximaal 22 kinderen. Geen grote organisatie, geen lange lijnen en geen programma's die van bovenaf worden bedacht. We bepalen met elkaar wat die dag goed is voor de kinderen en voor onze BSO. En dat zie je terug in onze buitenschoolse opvang.

Een grote groene tuin grenzend aan het Aambos en de Caumerbeek, gezellige hoekjes binnen en volop ruimte voor spel en creativiteit. Buiten kunnen kinderen fietsen, voetballen, skeeleren, ontdekken en bewegen. Ze krijgen de ruimte om zelf te spelen en hun eigen middag te maken.

Ook jij krijgt die ruimte. We werken bewust met minimaal drie pedagogisch medewerkers en tijdens piekuren vaak met vier volwassenen op een groep van maximaal 22 kinderen. Zo is er veel aandacht voor de kinderen en voor elkaar. Tijd om te overleggen, elkaar te helpen, samen te lachen en niet totaal leeg naar huis te gaan.

We zijn een klein en gezellig team, kennen elkaar goed en houden rekening met elkaar. Er is ruimte voor eigen ideeen en we vinden het belangrijk dat je met plezier naar je werk komt.

Ben jij onze nieuwe collega? We zoeken een gediplomeerd pedagogisch professional die graag met kinderen van 4 tot 13 jaar werkt, zelfstandig kan handelen en het leuk vindt om onderdeel te zijn van een klein team. Iemand die warm en betrokken is, goed kijkt naar wat een kind nodig heeft en ook stevig grenzen kan stellen.

Je hoeft bij ons niet iedere middag activiteiten uit je mouw te schudden. We geven kinderen juist de ruimte om zelf te spelen. Samen met je collega's zorg je voor een fijne, veilige en gezellige omgeving.
