Pedagoog B Bij CityKids werken we elke dag aan iets wat er écht toe doet. Wij bieden kinderen met een intensieve en/of meervoudige zorgbehoefte een veilige, liefdevolle en ontwikkelingsgerichte plek, waar zij zichzelf mogen zijn en zich in hun eigen tempo kunnen ontwikkelen. Werken bij CityKids betekent bijdragen aan iets wat groter is dan jezelf. Met aandacht, professionaliteit en samenwerking maken we iedere dag verschil. Als Pedagoog B ben jij een stabiele kracht op de groep… Je werkt dagelijks met kinderen met een (niet-complexe) zorgvraag en biedt hen structuur, veiligheid en nabijheid. Je voert behandelplannen uit in de praktijk en werkt methodisch volgens de afgesproken doelen en richtlijnen. Je bent zelfstandig in je handelen, maar werkt altijd onder inhoudelijke begeleiding van de Pedagoog A en/of gedragswetenschapper. Je signaleert ontwikkelingen, bespreekt deze binnen het team en draagt bij aan een consistente uitvoering van de zorg. …En draag je bij aan continuïteit en vertrouwen Als Pedagoog B zorg je voor rust en voorspelbaarheid op de groep. Je observeert scherp, rapporteert zorgvuldig en stemt af met collega's. Ouders en verzorgers ervaren jou als betrokken, duidelijk en betrouwbaar. Je levert een actieve bijdrage aan het team, denkt mee en ondersteunt collega's waar nodig. Zo draag je bij aan een veilig behandelklimaat waarin kinderen én collega's zich kunnen ontwikkelen. Wat ga je doen? - Uitvoeren van behandeling en begeleiding in groepsverband volgens behandelplannen. - Methodisch werken en observeren van ontwikkeling en gedrag. - Signaleren van bijzonderheden en deze bespreken met Gedragswetenschapper en/of Pedagoog A. - Rapporteren en vastleggen van voortgang en observaties. - Samenwerken met ouders/verzorgers en betrokken disciplines. - Bijdragen aan een veilig, gestructureerd en voorspelbaar leef- en behandelklimaat. - Actief deelnemen aan team overleggen en cliëntbesprekingen. - Werken volgens vastge...
