Welke taken vallen onder jouw functie pedagoog/psycholoog:

  • Je stuurt de zorginhoudelijke werking van de Schommel (schoolvervangende dagopvang) aan.
  • Je bent samen met je collega's mee verantwoordelijk voor het pedagogisch beleid van unit Siemkensheuvel.
  • Je coacht begeleidend personeel op zorginhoudelijk vlak en biedt waar nodig meer individuele ondersteuning aan de kinderen/jongeren en hun context.
  • Je staat samen met de stafdiensten en de unitdirecteur in voor beleidsvoorbereidend werk op vlak van visie-ontwikkeling, kwaliteit en strategische uitbouw van unit Siemkensheuvel.
  • Je geeft vorming op verschillende inhoudelijke domeinen.
  • Je speelt, samen met de andere pedagogen/psychologen van Covida, een rol in het pedagogisch beleid van de organisatie.

Als pedagoog/psycholoog werk je vanuit je hart, dat blijkt uit je dynamische en enthousiaste aanpak. Je kan je vinden in een emancipatorische en context- en gezinsgerichte benadering.

Wat verwachten wij nog?

  • Een masterdiploma pedagogische of psychologische wetenschappen.
  • Ervaring met de doelgroep is een troef maar geen vereiste.
  • Je kan omgaan met acute (stress)situaties.
  • Je beschikt over voldoende draagkracht, maturiteit en integriteit om met specifieke en complexe zorgvragen om te gaan.
  • Je legt vlot contacten met andere diensten en personen.
