In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position nutzen Sie Ihr Erfahrungswissen in dem Bereich Wohnungslosigkeit und/oder Flucht/Migration und unterstützen damit die Nutzer:innen unseres Angebots in ihrer derzeitigen Lebenssituation auf Augenhöhe. Im Zuge der Betreuung arbeiten Sie eng mit den fallführenden Sozialarbeiter*innen im Sinne der Nutzer*innen zusammen und ermöglichen durch kollegiales Feedback die Weiterentwicklung unseres Angebots. 1 Peer-Mitarbeiter:in Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben zählen:

* Unterstützung bei der Alltagsbewältigung in krisenanfälligen Lebensphasen

* Unterstützung bei der psychosozialen Stabilisierung

* Tandem-Betreuung gemeinsam mit fallführenden Sozialarbeiter*innen

* Erschließung von Ressourcen

* Organisation von externen freizeitorientierten und tagesstrukturierenden Angeboten

* Begleitung zu Behörden, Einrichtungen, Ärzt*innen, Freizeitaktivitäten, usw.

* Regelmäßige Falldokumentation

Unsere Erwartungen:

* Abgeschlossene Peer-Ausbildung (Zertifikat "Peers in der Wohnungslosenhilfe")

* Eigene Flucht- oder Migrationsgeschichte von Vorteil

* Interesse an unterschiedlichen Lebenswelten der Nutzer*innen unseres Angebots

* Freude bei der fallorientierten Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sozialarbeitsteam

* Kompetenz zur (Selbst-)Reflexion und zum selbstverantwortlichen Arbeiten

* Fähigkeit zur Selbstorganisation

* Gute EDV-Kenntnisse insbesondere Word und Outlook. Interesse am Lernen neuer digitaler Tools und an der Vermittlung dieser Kenntnisse.

* Fremdsprachenkenntnisse von Vorteil

* Identifikation mit den Grundsätzen des Roten Kreuzes

* Verpflichtung zur Einhaltung des internen Kinderschutzkonzepts
