The posting

Pour l'un de nos clients spécialisé dans l'aéronautique nous sommes à la recherhce de deux peintres industriels.

Votre rôle principal est de réaliser la peinture intérieure et extérieure des bielles et des composants. De réaliser également la préparation avant peinture, démasquage après peinture, les traitements de surface et le marquage des pièces.

Le titulaire reçoit

La liste des pièces à réaliser par ordre de priorité.

Si un regroupement de tâches sur différentes pièces est possible, le superviseur fera le regroupement des séries.

Le titulaire

  • Effectue le traitement de surface des pièces en les plaçant dans les paniers et en les plongeant dans les bains en respectant le traitement requis au plan et en portant des EPI.
  • Applique la peinture à l'aide de pistolet à peinture (exerce un mouvement vertical du bas vers le haut et inversement).
  • Effectue le masquage des pièces avant peinture en se référant au plan donné.
  • Effectue le démasquage des pièces après peinture (Après le contrôle des épaisseurs peinture) et nettoie les résidus sur les pièces.
  • Applique la peinture de la couche intérieure ou/et des couches extérieures (primaires et finitions).
  • Réalise les différents mélanges pour les peintures et assure un contrôle de viscosité.
  • S'assure d'effectuer un nettoyage minutieux des équipements de peinture (pistolet, outillages de masquage,).
  • Réalise la programmation de la graveuse et réalise également la gravure des pièces.
  • Est amené à bloquer ses pièces en cas de problèmes empêchant la fabrication de celles-ci et s'assure d'en informer le super viseur en cas de problème d'atelier.
  • Fait appel à un responsable technique présent ou un superviseur en cas de problème technique. Exemples : Casse ou défaillance d'outillage, panne machine.
  • Effectue l'entretien de premier niveau en se référant à la « feuille d'enregistrement maintenance opérateur » et valide à l'aide du tampon.
  • Assure l'entretien journalier, la propreté et l'ordre de son poste

Vous êtes la personne idéale pour le poste si vous avez les compétences suivantes :

  • Savoir lire un plan.
  • Savoir réaliser l'apprêtage et appliquer la peinture (carrosserie).
  • Être familiarisé avec la programmation de la machine de marquage de pièces (formation en interne).
  • Savoir réaliser divers traitements, inox ou aluminium (formation en interne).
  • Elaborer un contrôle dimensionnel au pied à coulisse.
  • Savoir effectuer un contrôle d'épaisseur de peinture (QNIX).
