The posting

De penningmeester van Stichting Pimma is allereerst bestuurslid met de specifieke taak het beheren en bewaken van de financiën van de stichting. Hij/zij neemt daartoe deel aan de vergaderingen van het stichtingsbestuur. De penningmeester, of een door hem aangewezen boekhouder, houdt zo mogelijk dagelijks de stand van ontvangsten en uitgaven bij en doet tijdens de bestuursvergaderingen verslag van de voorbije periode. Hij/zij verstrekt in juli een halfjaaroverzicht van de financiën. Hij/zij maakt in januari een jaarverslag over het voorgaande jaar t.b.v. het bestuur. Na goedkeuring door bestuur bezorgt hij/zij dit jaarverslag en de boekhouding bij de accountant. Pleegt indien gewenst overleg met de accountant en doet hiervan verslag aan het bestuur. De accountant levert na controle een officiële voor akkoord getekende accountantsverklaring af (conform het CBF-keurmerk), die bij de boekhouding wordt bewaard en waarvan melding wordt gemaakt op de website van de stichting. Dit financiële jaarverslag kan gecombineerd worden met het secretariële jaarverslag van de secretaris. Het secretariële jaarverslag wordt ook op de website van de stichting opgenomen. De penningmeester is de contactpersoon van het bestuur voor het CBF. In juni van elk jaar dient hij/zij de benodigde bescheiden over het afgelopen jaar aan bij het CBF voor de jaarlijkse controle. Ook wordt jaarlijks in oktober door de penningmeester een ontwerpbegroting voor het komende jaar ingediend. Het bestuur stelt daarna de begroting vast. Betalingen: Facturen worden door de penningmeester gecontroleerd. Na in orde bevinding worden deze de voorzitter of diens plaatsvervanger, aangeboden ter parafering. Vervolgens verricht de penningmeester de betalingen van de stichting bij voorkeur via de bankrekening(en) van de stichting. Voor betalingen met betrekking tot de bouwprojecten dient een schriftelijke verklaring van het bestuurslid bouwzaken aanwezig te zijn. Interesse?
