- Vrienden van Apollo 8 Noodoproep! Apollo 8 zoekt met spoed een nieuwe penningmeester Geplaatst op 14 april 2026 door Koen Kuipers Onlangs hebben wij een bestuursupdate met jullie gedeeld, met daarin een oproep naar de leden van Apollo 8. We zijn namelijk nog steeds (met spoed) opzoek naar versterking in ons bestuur. Daarin zijn momenteel twee belangrijke vacatures, die noodzakelijk zijn voor de continuïteit van onze mooie vereniging. We zijn op zoek naar een penningmeester en een nieuwe voorzitter . Graag vragen wij de leden van Apollo 8 nogmaals na te denken om onze vereniging hierin te helpen. Hieronder vind je de vacatures nogmaals beschreven. Graag bespreken wij deze vacatures en de toekomst van onze club tijdens de ALV op 22 januari. Bestuur Apollo 8 Apollo 8 zoekt met de hoogst mogelijke urgentie een bestuurlijk penningmeester die verantwoordelijk is voor het opstellen van de jaarcijfers en (meerjarenplanning) begroting en het eerste aanspreekpunt is op gebied van financiën voor zowel het bestuur als de leden. De bestuurlijk penningmeester weet zich daarbij gesteund door de operationeel penningmeester die de inning van contributie, de boekhouding en facturatie verzorgd als ook door de secretaris die eindverantwoordelijk is voor een goede ledenadministratie en voorbereiding van de ALV. Naast een bestuurlijk penningmeester zoeken wij vrijwilligers voor de financiële commissie die de penningmeesters ondersteunen. De financiële commissie wordt verantwoordelijk voor de aansturing en monitoring van de budgetten. Contactgegevens Esther Tijhuis [email protected] (06-53298764).
