Vacature: Penningmeester Achilles 1894 Heb jij gevoel voor cijfers en lijkt het je leuk om mee te besturen bij onze club? Dan zoeken we jou als penningmeester van Achilles 1894! De administratie wordt grotendeels uitgevoerd door onze financiële commissie. Jij bent vooral degene die meedenkt over de toekomst, financieel advies geeft en betalingen verzorgt. Het is een functie voor iemand die betrokken wil zijn bij de koers van de club, zonder dat het wekelijks veel uren hoeft te kosten. Wat ga je doen? - Betalingen, kasstortingen en btw-aangifte verzorgen en meekijken met de maandcijfers - Advies geven bij financiële keuzes, liquiditeitsprognose en nieuwe plannen - Meedenken over de begroting, subsidies en investeringen - Jaarlijkse verantwoording richting ALV, kascommissie en bestuur. - Aanspreekpunt voor financiële commissie, kantinecommissie en contributieadministratie. De commissies ondersteunen bij o.a. boekhouding, btw, kantine/kas en contributies. Je staat er dus niet alleen voor. Hoeveel tijd kost het? - We vergaderen één keer per maand met het bestuur - Kun je een keer niet? Geen probleem, we stemmen veel af via WhatsApp - Je hoeft niet wekelijks aanwezig te zijn bij het eerste elftal. We vinden het gezellig als je er bent, maar het is zeker geen verplichting. Wie zoeken we? Iemand die: - betrokken is bij de club (of dat graag wil worden) - het leuk vindt om mee te besturen - overzicht kan houden en financiële keuzes kan duiden - samen wil optrekken met de financiële- en kantinecommissie Wat bieden we? - Een waardevolle rol in een warme en ambitieuze vereniging - Veel vrijheid in hoe je de functie invult - Ondersteuning van een actieve commissies - Een plek in een gezellig en betrokken bestuur
