Ben jij onze nieuwe penningmeester? Zondag 11 oktober In de nieuwsbrief van eind augustus jl. hebben we jullie geïnformeerd over het vertrek van penningmeester Ron Weening. Daarmee zijn we op zoek naar een nieuwe penningmeester. Het takenpakket van de penningmeester bij Toerclub Flevoland ziet er in grote lijnen als volgt uit: - Het voeren van de financiële administratie van de vereniging. - Verzorgen van de boekhouding - Beheren van de bankrekeningen en uitvoeren van betalingen - Innen van de contributies - Opstellen van de jaarlijkse begroting en jaarrekening - Het voeren van de ledenadministratie van de vereniging - Verwerken van aanmeldingen en afmeldingen - Up to date houden van het ledensysteem - Lid van het dagelijks bestuur van Toerclub Flevoland - Bijwonen van bestuursvergadering (circa 10 keer per jaar) - Inbrengen financieel overzicht in bestuursvergadering Ben je nauwkeurig, handig met de computer en cijfermatig sterk en wil je je schouders zetten onder de groei van onze vereniging, dan zoeken we jou!
