Art Castle in Amsterdam zoekt een Penningmeester voor minimaal 4 vergaderingen per jaar | Vacature voor een Nevenfunctie, Onbezoldigd | Sluitingsdatum: 01-11-2026 No Limits! Art Castle is de eerste kunstruimte in Nederland die staat voor een kunstwereld zonder grenzen: niet tussen zogenaamde 'outsider' kunstenaars en de rest van de kunstwereld, niet tussen kunst en design, niet tussen fantasie en werkelijkheid. Vanuit de ruimte op de Wallen combineert de stichting tentoonstellingen met een studio voor talentontwikkeling en zorg, met een focus op neurodivergente, crip en queer makers. Het doorbreken van de norm is hier vanzelfsprekend. De financiële basis waarop dat rust, is dat nog niet. De organisatie groeide in korte tijd uit tot een plek met landelijke en internationale zichtbaarheid, maar heeft nog geen structurele meerjarensubsidie en werkt aan een professionaliseringsslag in bestuur, directie en bedrijfsvoering. Uiterlijk eind 2027 stapt de stichting over op een raad-van-toezichtmodel. De nieuwe penningmeester treedt aan in die overgangsfase. Wij zoeken een Penningmeester Lid van het Bestuur minimaal 4 vergaderingen per jaar Iemand die: - jaarrekeningen en begrotingen van culturele of andere ANBI-instellingen beoordeelt, niet opstelt; - thuis is in subsidieverantwoording richting het AFK, het Mondriaan Fonds en het Stimuleringsfonds Creatieve Industrie; - doorvraagt op de administratieve organisatie en interne controle, en meewerkt aan het versterken daarvan; - betalingen boven de procuratiegrens van de directieleden fiatteert, maar zelf geen betalingen uitvoert; - onafhankelijk blijft, ook waar dat schuurt met de artistieke ambitie; - de overgang naar het raad-van-toezichtmodel mee wil vormgeven. Bekendheid met de financiering van zorggerelateerde activiteiten, waaronder PGB-constructies, is een pre. Het bestuur vergadert minimaal vier keer per jaar; ...
